Privacy Policy

The short version: no accounts and no sign-ups. Videos load from YouTube only when you press Play. Analytics and ad measurement run only if you allow them. If you send us a brief, we use it only to reply.

Who we are

This site, visualsketches.art, is run by VisualSketches, a brand of Gaussian Blur OPC Pvt Ltd, created by Rajat Pandit. Contact: rp@visualsketches.co.in.

Watching episodes

Episodes are hosted on YouTube. Until you press Play, the page shows only a thumbnail image from YouTube's image server and no player is loaded. When you press Play, the YouTube player loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the player.

Continue watching: while a video plays, this site saves the episode and your position in your browser's local storage, so you can resume. It stays on this device and is never sent to us. Clear it with the “Clear history on this device” button or by clearing your browser data.

Brand briefs

If you send a brief, we receive the details you enter (name, work email, company, optional phone and website, campaign details) by email through our email provider. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. We don't add you to marketing lists and we don't sell or share your details. Ask us at any time to see or delete them. To limit abuse, the server briefly records a count of submissions per network address. That count expires within an hour.

If online sending is unavailable, the form opens an email draft in your own mail app instead. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

Analytics (only with your permission)

If analytics is switched on for this site, we ask before loading it. If you allow it, Google Analytics counts anonymous events such as page views, episode plays, clicks on brand buttons, package choices and accepted enquiries. It never receives what you type into the brief form. You can change your choice with “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Campaign pages and affiliate links

Some campaign pages, such as /diwali-ghori, contain Amazon.in affiliate links and are marked “Ad”. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. If you click one, Amazon may set cookies under its own privacy notice. With your permission, those pages use Meta Pixel to measure visits and clicks on Amazon links for advertising. Link clicks are not confirmed purchases.

Games

Zen Sketch and Night Bloom run entirely in your browser. They need no account and may store simple gameplay settings in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device.

What we never collect

• Passwords or accounts: there is nothing to sign up for.
• Payment details.
• Microphone, camera or precise location.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages securely.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The brief form is meant for businesses.

Your choices and rights

• Decline or withdraw analytics and ad-measurement consent at any time.
• Clear local storage to erase continue-watching and game data.
• Email rp@visualsketches.co.in to access, correct or delete any brief you sent.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
