1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The date above shows the current version.

2. The show and the games

Episodes of চঞ্চলের কাণ্ডকারখানা are provided through YouTube for personal viewing. Zen Sketch, Night Bloom and any future games are free for personal, non-commercial play.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't copy, resell, rebrand or redistribute the show, games, characters or site content as your own.
• Don't try to hack, overload, scrape at scale or otherwise disrupt the site.
• Don't embed the games elsewhere in a way that removes credit to VisualSketches.
• Don't use the site, or the brief form, for anything unlawful or abusive.

4. Intellectual property

The artwork, characters (including Chanchal), stories, game code and design on this site belong to their rights holder, VisualSketches / Rajat Pandit, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links and short clips with credit to @visualsketches or @ChanchalerKando. Commercial use needs written permission.

5. Brand stories and prices

Packages and prices on this site are proposed starting points, not offers. They are subject to scope and written confirmation. Taxes apply as applicable. Extra languages, reshoots, extra revisions, paid media, whitelisting, usage extensions and exclusivity are quoted separately. A project begins only when both sides sign a written scope that sets out turnaround, payment milestones, cancellation, brand review, deliverables, distribution and licensing. Clients receive only the limited campaign licence written in that scope; the characters and series remain with their rights holder. We don't guarantee reach, virality, sales or conversions. Sponsored content is always disclosed.

6. Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links, which are always identified. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Prices and delivery dates shown are as seen on the stated date and may change.

7. Games are for relaxation

The games are made to help you pause. They are not medical or therapeutic tools and are not a substitute for professional care.

8. As-is and availability

The site, videos and games are provided “as is”. We can't guarantee they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or retire anything at any time. Videos depend on YouTube's availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gaussian Blur OPC Pvt Ltd, VisualSketches and Rajat Pandit are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
